Do you offer delivery?Yes! We have delivery services through third-party platforms such as UberEats, DoorDash and Grubhub.

Do you have parking?Restaurants in Downtown Los Angeles with dedicated parking lots are a bit of an anomaly. We are, however, fortunate to be located on a stretch of Main Street which has ample metered parking available in front of the café. There is also a parking structure across the intersection that offers convenient access to the cafe, the vibrant Los Angeles Fashion District and other sections of the Los Angeles Historic Core.

What are your Hours of Operation?We are open from Monday to Saturday, starting bright and early at 7:00 AM until 4:30 PM. On Sundays, we begin serving at 8:00 AM and continue to welcome guests until 4:30 PM.

Can I reserve seating?While we do accept reservation requests, they are not required. Feel free to walk in! That said, at Basil and Cheese Café we always strive to accommodate our guests and ensure a pleasant dining experience. If you have a large party or a small one which requires seating to be available for you at a specific day and time, call us and we will reserve space for you.

Do you have outdoor seating?We sure do! We take ambiance seriously and know that sometimes a Lavender Matcha Latte is best savored as you absorb the city vibes, other times you just want to enjoy some fresh air with a delicious Chorizo Breakfast Burrito. We have a lovely outdoor seating area with two tables available right in front of the cafe for such moments.

Is Wi-Fi available in the café?It most certainly is! Cafés are vital to the 21st Century digital nomads, influencers, creative business people and more. Whether you need to conduct work, catch up on studying, browse the web or share all those "café in Downtown LA" moments on social media, our complimentary Wi-Fi will keep you connected.
